Privacy notice

This notice explains the limited information used to operate and improve this website, and what happens when you choose to contact Peace Home.

Who is responsible

Peace Home Learning Centre is responsible for information handled through this website. For a website privacy question, call 07908 676152.

This notice covers the public website and its contact routes. It does not replace the separate information Peace Home should give parents about student registration, attendance, safeguarding or educational records.

What this website collects

The enquiry form lets you enter a parent or guardian name, a child’s age or school year, a programme, a preferred centre and days, and a question. These details are used to prepare your enquiry. Please do not include medical information or full registration records.

The form prepares the message in your browser. The website does not submit these details to its own server or save them in website storage. Choosing “Continue on WhatsApp” passes the prepared message to WhatsApp/Meta through a link. Peace Home receives the message when you send it in WhatsApp.

If you call or use WhatsApp, Peace Home receives the information you choose to provide during that conversation. Only send the basic details needed for an initial enquiry. Peace Home can explain when and how any fuller registration information should be provided.

Privacy-friendly website analytics

Peace Home uses PostHog EU Cloud to count visits and understand which pages, programmes and contact routes are useful. The setup is cookieless: it does not store an analytics identifier in cookies, local storage or session storage, and it does not create person profiles or record sessions.

The information can include the page viewed, approximate device and browser type, referring website, broad location derived from an anonymised IP address, website performance measurements, and whether someone clicked a phone, WhatsApp or enrolment link. A contact-link event records only the website click—not the call, message, its contents or the later conversation.

PostHog uses technical request information to produce a short-lived anonymous measurement identifier. Peace Home uses the resulting aggregate statistics only to understand and improve the website. Analytics events are retained in the agency-managed EU project for 12 months.

Your analytics choice

Checking this browser’s analytics setting…

If you turn analytics off, one browser-storage preference is used solely to remember that choice. Peace Home also respects supported Do Not Track signals.

Other services on the website

Google Maps

The Centres page contains embedded Google Maps. Loading or using a map may allow Google to receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details and map interaction. Google handles that information under Google’s privacy policy.

WhatsApp and telephone links

Choosing WhatsApp opens a service operated by WhatsApp/Meta. WhatsApp then handles your account and message information under its own terms. A telephone link asks your device to start a call. Peace Home’s analytics records only that the website link was selected.

Website hosting

Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery and security. Its systems process the technical information needed to serve pages securely and reliably.

Your rights and questions

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction or an objection to how it is used. Call Peace Home on 07908 676152 to raise a website privacy question.

You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator.
